any information on Y-Strips ?

I assume that you're thining about infantry. There was a project of Y-strips in late 30's. They were designed as a part of new model of backpack wz.38.

Only few backpacks are known to survive in collections in Poland. Everything is not clear, there is more presumptions than facts.

Except this model of backpack i do not know any other Y-strips in use in infantry.
